Terms of service

About this site

This website is the community home of the South Bay Lovable Meetup — a friendly group of people building with AI across San Jose, Santa Clara, Mountain View and the rest of the South Bay. It is built and managed by Lovable Ambassador J. Michelle Maraj. It is not an official Lovable site, and the content here does not represent Lovable. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

Using the site

You're welcome to browse events, read member project features and subscribe to the newsletter. When using the site, please don't:

• Submit false, misleading or impersonated information through our forms.
• Upload content you don't have the rights to share, including images and screenshots.
• Attempt to access the site's private management area or interfere with its operation.
• Use the site to spam, harass or promote anything unrelated to the community.

Newsletters and messages

When you subscribe to the newsletter or send a message through the Get involved form, you agree that we may use the details you provide to respond to you and, for newsletter subscribers, to send meetup announcements. You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete your information at any time — see our privacy policy for how to do that.

Project submissions

If you submit a project to be featured, you confirm that the project is yours (or that you have permission to share it) and that any images you upload are yours to share. We review every submission and decide what gets published; submitting a project doesn't guarantee it will appear on the site. You keep ownership of your project and its content — by submitting, you only give us permission to display it on this site.

Events and RSVPs

Event details on this site are provided for information only. RSVPs happen on external platforms (such as Luma or Meetup), and their own terms apply to your registration. Event dates, locations and details can change — always check the event page on the platform you're registering with for the latest information.

Content and links

Content on this site — including project write-ups, event descriptions and recaps — is shared in good faith for the community. Member projects belong to their creators, and the views expressed in them are their own. Links to external sites are provided for convenience; we're not responsible for their content or availability.

No warranties

This site is provided "as is" by a volunteer community team. While we work hard to keep things accurate and running, we can't guarantee the site will always be available, error-free or up to date.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the community grows. When we do, we'll update this page and the date above.
